 1. Architectural Designer (2-3 years of experience)

 • Skills Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp (Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape)

 • Responsibilities: Preparation of designs, mood boards, SketchUp models, and working drawings.

 • Projects: High-end bungalows, hotels, corporate offices, along with architecture and interiors.

 2. Interior Designer (4-5 years of experience)

 • Skills Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp (Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape), graphic design skills

 • Responsibilities: Client handling, team management, site supervision, material selection, SketchUp models, and working drawings.

 • Projects: High-end bungalows, hotels, corporate offices, along with architecture and interiors.

 3. Senior Architect Manager (6-8 years of experience)

 • Skills Required: Team management, site coordination with PMC and contractors, client handling, quality check of GFC drawings.

 • Projects: Government projects in EPC mode, including hospitals, office buildings, factory buildings, hotels, and bungalows.

 4. Project Manager (Civil) – Site Location: Agra

 • Minimum Experience: 7 years, B.Tech or Diploma

 • Project: High-end bungalow

 • Responsibilities: Supervision of daily contractor work, project timeline management, preparation of project schedules, and on-site BBS and steel checks.

 5. Site Supervisor (Interior) – Job Locations: Agra, Allahabad, Itanagar

 • Minimum Experience: 7 years

 • Qualifications: Degree not required, but must have experience in delivering high-end interior projects for bungalows and hotels, with a keen eye for detail.
